Shipping
1) Most items will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. If an item can not be shipped within that time period, you will receive a call from customer service giving you options on the order.
2) All items ship Standard Ground.
3) Currently we only ship to the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Return Policy
Most items may be returned within 20 days from the ship date.To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable).
2) Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.
We DO NOT charge restocking fees.
3) We cannot accept the return of certain items. These items will be clearly marked in the description of the item as listed on product pages.
4) Customers must receive a Return Authorization number before returning items. RA #’s can be obtained by either emailing us at :occnewgeneration@aol.com or by calling our customer service department at 1-203-915-1057. If you need to leave a message someone will return your call within 48hrs. Holiday schedules may delay such calls.
